Lake Park Innovation Center (LPIC) is one of many groundbreaking commercial building projects encapsulating the progressive spirit of the Town of Lake Park and its community. Fueled by a great team at Parkland Development, it is a state-of-the-art facility located in Lake Park’s business district and a much-needed business accelerator project. This multi-use building focuses on bringing affordable units for lease to small businesses, creatives, and start-ups who need office and warehousing space. The project features units ranging from 585 – 720 sq ft for the lease term of 1 year, starting at $1,500 / mo, designed to offer flexibility to early-stage companies seeking affordable commercial space to jump-start their businesses.
 

The site tour was an opportunity to showcase the features available at LPIC. The units offer such features as glass entry doors with sidelights, 16′ ceiling heights, and 8×8′ garage doors. Some select units feature rough kitchen plumbing, but all units have separate metered electricity, and customizable options, making it an attractive opportunity for businesses seeking affordability, flexibility, and functionality.
