The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum is the only museum dedicated solely to preserving the history of the U.S. Navy SEALs and their predecessors. Located in Fort Pierce, Florida, the Museum resides on the training grounds of the original Naval Combat Demolition Units (NCDU) and Underwater Demolition Teams (UDT), the Frogmen.
Built to honor the men who served with fortitude and dedication, the Navy UDT-SEAL Museum first opened it doors on Veterans Day in 1985. From humble beginnings, the facility has experienced tremendous growth, achieving national stature in 2007.

Ahrens was contracted to provide conceptional design, costing and construction of the new 20,000 SF, two-story facility as an addition to the existing 8,523 SF. This project consisted of a new restaurant on the second floor, concession area, 150 seat auditorium, artifact restoration area, conference rooms, additional glass display areas for artifacts and interactive display area.
