Project Details:

This aviation facility completed for the City of Sebastian consists of 3 hangars that are independently leased by the City. Hangars A, B and C are all similar in size and appearance and were value engineered, saving the City of Sebastian over $300,000 on the total project cost. Each hangar is over 15,000 SF and includes office space, all valued at around $3.88 million.

We take our client’s desires and build the project around their vision. Collaborating as one, we bring our client’s ideas to fruition creating a sustainable, cost conscious, esthetically desirable, innovative yet functional design. At the very end we have a product that reflects the creativity and relentless efforts of each of our team members.
