As a part of the Flanigan’s chain of restaurants, this restaurant previously contained a Big Daddy’s liquor store inside. Ahrens renovated and remodeled the existing restaurant to remove the liquor store and expand the kitchen area with new layout and hood systems. The Flanigan’s Restaurant was redesigned and renovated as a stand alone structure to include new patio dining area and exterior openings and finishes. The exterior also includes iconic decorative green and white roof awning in the shape of a canoe and green LED lighting for added visual effect. The interior of the restaurant was also updated while still maintaining the rustic feel associated with the restaurant chain’s brand.
