Project Details:

As a part of the Flanigan’s chain of restaurants, the previous liquor store was built within the restaurant. Ahrens renovated and remodeled the existing restaurant to remove the liquor store. As a new Design-Build project, the Big Daddy’s Liquor store was redesigned and built as a stand alone structure. This structure was built as conventional masonry construction to match the existing restaurant.  The interior of this retail store contains ample open space for several shelf and floor displays along with refrigeration units.

We take our client’s desires and build the project around their vision. Collaborating as one, we bring our client’s ideas to fruition creating a sustainable, cost conscious, esthetically desirable, innovative yet functional design. At the very end we have a product that reflects the creativity and relentless efforts of each of our team members.
