Ahrens Companies successfully completed the design-build construction of a 14,000-square-foot office, warehouse, and showroom facility for Hardscape.com in Jupiter, Florida. The project was designed to meet the client’s need for a functional and visually appealing space that highlights their core products—premium porcelain pavers.
The facility includes a modern showroom that showcases Hardscape.com’s extensive product line, complete with thoughtfully designed display areas that allow clients to experience the quality and versatility of porcelain pavers firsthand. The office space features open work areas, private offices, and conference rooms, promoting productivity and collaboration.
The warehouse was constructed to optimize storage and distribution operations, with high clear heights, wide bay spacing, and efficient loading dock access, ensuring streamlined logistics. A pre-engineered metal building system was utilized to accelerate the construction timeline while maintaining durability and cost-efficiency.
Exterior design elements incorporate porcelain pavers from Hardscape.com’s own collections, seamlessly blending the company’s products into the building’s architecture and creating a cohesive brand experience. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, meeting all functional requirements while exceeding the client’s expectations for design quality and operational efficiency.
