Project Details:

This project was completed in multiple phases spanning over 11 years and valued at a total of $34.1 million. It consists of five aviation hangars at 141,864 square feet designated to handle airbuses and boeing business jets. The hangars are designed to allow maintenance work and contain foam fire suppression systems. The aviation facility also contains 43,043 square feet of office and lobby space, a one-story and two-story building. The FBO Lobby features a wing which spans 250 feet and is supported by 6 – 48 inch diameter slopped columns, making it one of the largest private canopies in the United States.
