Project Details:

This Design-Build Project was an expansion to the existing private school featuring open, frameless glass partitions between classrooms and exposed bar joist duct work for a modern industrial look and feel. At 30,800 square feet, this building consists of a 2-story classroom and gymnasium completely solar powered and energy autonomous.

Valued at $5.3 Million, this unique design features round windows, 2-1/2” stucco finish insulated panels, 4” insulated standing seam roof, 100 kw roof mounted solar system, connecting breezeway to the existing building and outdoor stadium seating.

We take our client’s desires and build the project around their vision. Collaborating as one, we bring our client’s ideas to fruition creating a sustainable, cost conscious, esthetically desirable, innovative yet functional design. At the very end we have a product that reflects the creativity and relentless efforts of each of our team members.
