Project Details:

This design-build project for Rotortech Services, Inc., located in West Palm Beach near Palm Beach International Airport, involved the construction of a 9,899 square foot addition to their existing hangar and office facility. The newly added space was designed to support Rotortech’s expanding operations and will be used for aircraft maintenance and equipment storage.

The addition features oversized roll-up doors and windows to maximize natural light and provide flexible access for equipment and aircraft. A key highlight of the project is the installation of an extra-large, specialized hydraulic power lift door, providing enhanced functionality for accommodating larger aircraft and streamlining operations. The project seamlessly integrates with the existing structure, enhancing both capacity and operational efficiency for Rotortech’s aviation services.
