This project is a state-of-the-art facility located in Lake Park’s business district. This multi-use building brings affordable leased space to small businesses, creatives, and start-ups who need customizable office and warehousing units. The two parallel buildings offer 36 units ranging from 585 – 720 sq ft and give flexibility to early-stage companies seeking affordable commercial space to jump-start their businesses. Spaces feature glass front doors, 16ft ceilings, 8 x 8 garage doors with ADA compliant restrooms. Select units were equipped with rough plumbing in place for kitchens and salons, and Premium corner spaces have additional natural light.
