Project Details:

This facility features 5 large hangars completed over 3 phases. Phase I consisted of two hangars totaling 87,00 SF and attached office space of 10,00 SF. Phase II added a similar hangar and office space combo with hangar at 43,129 SF and office space of 13,078 SF. Phase III added aircraft interior workshop space of 10,419 SF. The hangars are designed to allow maintenance work and contain foam fire suppression systems. All of which was valued at a total of $28.7 million.
